  • Eight hamsters are drawn into a knockout: quarter-finals, semi-finals and a final.
  • Every bout is one against one on a small table, and the tablecloth slips in as the clock runs. Bump the other hamster off the table and you go through.
  • If both hamsters are still rolling when the 24 seconds are up, the hamster nearer the middle goes through.
  • Prize money depends on how far you get. Lose a bout and you can watch the rest or see your result straight away.
